Our incorporation services cover different types of companies, such as private limited liability companies, companies limited by guarantee, BOI companies, and offshore companies. We handle the entire process of incorporation, from name reservation to obtaining the certificate of incorporation. We also provide an online platform for entrepreneurs and businesses to incorporate their companies.

In addition to company incorporation, we offer corporate secretarial services to ensure that our clients comply with the legal and statutory requirements of the Companies Act No. 07 of 2007. Our routine and non-routine secretarial services include maintaining statutory records, filing annual returns, preparing board resolutions and minutes, issuing share certificates, and updating share registers.
